Smiley face potato kids....

My little guy is home sick today (insert frowny face here). I picked him up from school yesterday after his teacher called and said he was complaining of a sore throat. By the time I got him home, his fever was 101*. Boo!! I hate it when my kids don't feel well. So, I let him choose his lunch today, and he asked for smiley face potato kids (insert smiley face here). We love these McCain smiley face potato patties. They are all natural and are so stinkin' cute. I hope this lunch cheers Z up.

*Oscar Meyer Natural Selects hotdog (I usually buy the Applegate brand preservative free hotdogs and lunch meat, but I found the OM Selects at Walmart and, since they are less expensive than Applegate, thought I'd give them a try.)
*strawberries and Honeycrisp apple wedge for the skirt
*sweet corn
*black olives
